How to Create a New Company

1. Login to an existing company

    1.1. Login to an existing company you would like to copy records from. The existing company must be one that has similar setup to the one you want to create. 

2. Create new company

    2.1. Navigate to Home>Company>Setup>Companies
    2.2. Click Add New Row 
    2.3. Complete all the details (fields marked with * are mandatory for all tabs)
    2.4. Click Update

3. Assign user access

    3.1. Navigate to Home>Users>User Companies
    3.2. Filter the newly created company
    3.3. Manage which users can have access to the new company

4. Generate records from existing company
    4.1. Navigate to Home>Company>Setup>Generate Company
    4.2. Complete the desired fields
    4.3. Fill in the required fields
       i. From company id represents the company to get data from
       ii. To company id represents the newly created company
       iii. Payroll month represents the first payroll month for the newly created company
    4.4 In case you want to transfer additional settings apart from main setup (e.g. GL interface setup) check the extra options in data field.
    4.5. Click Execute
